Easter Pictures

So last Friday I went and got the boys pictures done. It was okay Griffin mostly screamed and Xander was posing right on cue. We TOTALLY MISS OUR OLD PHOTOGRAPHER!!! Anyways we went had a new experience that is for sure. I had Griffin all settled

and then the lady who was taking his pictures tipped the huge photo light on top of him and then he was totally done but we did get some cute ones of him. I think I just miss Mary Kim so much she was fabulous and needs to come back. She was so good at what she did I TOTALLY trusted her in whatever she decided to do. My kids were comfortable with her and just LOVED her.

We were going into where we went and he said Mom this is not Mary Kims I said I know buddy we are trying some one else out he said okay I dont know how this will work but ok he said. LOL Mary has been the only one who has taken there pictures from birth so it hard not to have her anymore. So here are some of them lmk what you think.

I love this one of Xander with the Green Chair. Green is his Favorite color so we were Happy to take this one.

Mr. Griffin LOVES LOVES balls so we had to have one with his Football.

Then this is a classic picture of the two of them. Totally them to the T.

First Day of Swimming Lesson's.

This morning was Xander's first day of swimming lessons. He is getting to go with his cousin William. They had so much fun they meet there teacher and then they were off.

They first all went and sat by this little fish and got use to the water. Then they all held hands and started going into a circle they started bouncing and moving closer and closer to the deep end. Then they all sat on the edge and waited there turn. They blew bubbles, they

floated, kicked and kicked like crazy little men. They got to swim with there arms. That was the high light for Xander because has we were getting ready to go today he asked I will get to learn to swim with my arms right Mama and I said I am sure you will. He wasa complete

ROCK STAR at swimming he is a little fish just like his Mom :) I only see good things coming from this. William was awesome to they both had a blast. I love seeing him develop in new things to see what he likes and dose not like. He is so awesome I love to watch this kid grow up.

Trees and Boys

A couple of Sundays ago we were at my Mom and Dads and Griffin kept going by the tree and saying up up up up up please. So Brad put him up in the tree. We were all expecting that he would cry after Brad let go since it is quit a ways up for a little person. Nope instead he

just sat there kicking his legs and loving every minute of it. We would try and take him down and he would just SCREAM so we would put him back up. Xander then wanted to sit in the tree. Xander is very scared of heights ( sorry kid you get that from your Mama.) but he went up and sat there for a bit and then said ok I am done down please. "A" for effort in my book. Then Xander said Dad can you climb the tree and if so how  far can you go. So Brad climbed the tree and

Xander said ok Dad you are up high enough get down now please. Then our friend Bryan decided he would climb the tree. It was funny to see everyone up in the tree. What a good and fun Sunday afternoon.

Rollie Pollie Bug

On Wednesday after preschool we went for chick Fila and then decided to take it home and have a picnic in our back yard. It was fun since our back yard is pretty much a play ground all we are missing is swings and a slide anyways we had a blast. The boys would eat some and then go play and then come back and forth. Then all the sudden Mr. Griffin came up with a little black bug and said to me Mom whats that. I said I don't know

can I see he dropped it into my hand and I said oh its a Rollie Pollie bug. Then after a couple of seconds it started to crawl and Griffin lost interest and ran off. Xander came over and asked the same thing and then he asked if he could hold it. I said sure I told him to be still for a minute and then it will open up. When it did he started to laugh and say Mom its tickling me and then it started to crawl over then it started to move to its back of Xanders hand and he got a little Freaked out it was cute.

Kids Art

So earlier this month we got  to do something fun for art sake. Since Easter was right around the corner we decided that we would make chicks.

They were way easy and fun to make all you need is 5x7 canvas, yellow orange and blue paint, some cute paper for the body of the chick and another for the beek, and googly eyes.

The boys had fun getting there hands painted and smooshing it on the canvas. It was way easy every one had fun doing it and now I have some way cute art on my wall that my kiddos made which is more priceless then anything else. Got to love it.
