Our Xander Turns 3

I cant believe that our Xander is now 3yrs old. Man where did the time go. I know its only three but holy cow it just seems like yesterday we were waiting very patiently for is arrival ( ya right). Each year that he has turned I am just more and more blown away by this little man he is  an absolute JOY and MIRACLE to have in our life's, he has such a warm spirit its such a blessing to be able to see him grow up. I am so very happy that he is three he has been able to have a lot of fun adventures. Everything is new and fun for him its fun to see him has a little kid. For his Birthday we did some fun things this year. I decorated the kitchen with streamers and I hanged a birthday banner he came up the stairs and said wow mama cool can I have some chocolate milk please I said sure go sit at the table and I will bring it to you. We surprised him with a birthday doughnut and chocolate milk.       

He was so so so very surprised. I loved seeing him trying to blow out the candles it was funny. We woke up kinda late his Aunt Jennifer and cousins where coming from Lehi to go swimming so we hurried to get ready we went to the

West Valley out door swimming pool. He loved going up and down the slide and being able to play with all of his cousins all of the kids where there so it was his lucky day for sure. The kids got done with swimming so we all came back to our house and had pizza for lunch the kids played and played out side he had so much fun with them all. Then it was time for Dad to come home and we really had some fun then. It was time for dinner he wanted hamburgers watermelon and bbq chips.Both sets of grandparents and Auntie Ronda where able to come for dinner.

He wanted a Sponge Bob birthday cake. It was a cute cake. Then we started to sing to him I think it scared him at first but then he warmed up to it,

because he knew he was almost time for him to be able to get a piece of the cake, He was dieing for a piece of that cake since we picked it up from the store. It was time to open his presents this kid is not spoiled at all by his grandparents and parents.

  It was a great day to turn three!! Xander I want you to know that I am so very proud of you I love you so much. I love your silly sense of humor your eagerness to learn has much has you can. You are so caring and loving to everyone you meet. I love how you protect your little brother. I just LOVE having you in my life I am a lucky Mama to have you has my son. Here is to the next year I cant wait to see all of the great changes that will be coming our way. I love you X-MAN. In your words Peace out dude.

10 YRS and 5YRS!!!

Brad & I have been together for 10yrs and married for the last 5yrs. We started out dating in High School had A LOT  of growing up to do and then we were lucky enough to get married on May 20, 2006. I still rember the feeling of WE DID IT the right way when the sliding glass doors of the Salt Lake Temple slide open and we stepped out has Husband and Wife for the first time. It was the best feeling EVER!!

I felt like we were on the top of the world that day and that nothing could bring us down. Today we are still has much in love has we were then. Some days are ruff but in the end we both know that we have each others backs no MATTER what happens. I think the last three years have been the funniest though to see Brad has a Daddy its been lots of laughs and fun times. He is still my best friend and I love him so very much. So here is to the next 10yrs of being together.

Things that Grandma's just dont approve of...

Well Brad decided to give our son Xander a Mow hawk. It totally fits the little dude and he can pull it off. I was giving Griffin a bath and Brad decided he was going to give him self a hair cut. Then Xander saw what he was doing and said Dad I want a hair cut to. The next thing I knew Xander comes running up stairs and says Mama I rock. I laughed and said Yep you sure do dude.

He laughed at himself in the mirror and said look at my silly hair Mama, then he turns to me and says peace out and gives me a kiss and he is off running to some where in the house. He thought he was pretty tough stuff. He is the most awesomeness little guy you could possibly dream of. So then my Mom calls me the next day and says that they are taking MaCabe out to 

dinner for his B-day and was wondering if Xander could go I said sure. I told her Xander got a new hair style by his Dad. My Mom says it better not be no Mow Hawk I told her that I couldn't promise that it wasn't that but that it was a surprise and that Xander LOVED IT!! 

My Mom then said if its a Mow Hawk he is not going with us, I just laughed and said whatever you tell him then he cant go if that's the case when you see him. When my parents came to pick up Xan my Dad just laughed and said I can believe you guys really did that. My Mom on the other hand told me that this was like dying Riley's hair byu blue. I cant believe you would do that to my grandson Ha ha ha ha ha.Xander told her I look cool Grandma its only here for a little while its okay, k he said she laughed and they took MaCabe out for dinner. I think he is such a stud. I LOVE YOU so much Xander Boy. Peace out my little Rocker dude!!

Day out with Thomas the Train!!!

Well for Xander getting potty trained he earned to go ride Thomas. He was so so ex-sided to go ride Thomas he worked so hard for it. So our trek started out in Magna and we drove up to the Heber creeper with our cousins Suszann and William. We got out of the truck and walked

around the corner and the little boys saw the HUGE Thomas for the first time they both screamed and was looking at each other and then back at us saying big Thomas it was so flippen cute.  Then we got into the line to go ride Thomas. We got into our seats and the Train started moving Xander got scared

at first but then warmed right up to it. He got upset at first because Thomas was going backwards and not forward I told him that he would go forward in a little bit then he said ok fine.

Then came the time to get off of Thomas I thought it was going to be hard to get him off of the Train but nope he got right off and asked if we could go see Thomas closer. He thought it was the coolest thing ever to be able to see Thomas

It was definitely worth the money to go see Thomas they had so many cute little make and takes for the kids to do. They had different play stations. It was great. I will never forget the moment when he screamed Big Thomas Mama he is so darn cute. I am glad that we got to go and experience that. I am so proud of you Xander for being such a big boy.

Happy Bithday to Riley!!!

Well the older my little brother gets the more I feel my age!! I cant believe Riley is 24yrs old now. Riley is the best little brother you could possibly have we went to the Pie for dinner it was awesome has always if you have never tried the PIE you should definitely try it. He wanted a Fondant birthday cake from carlos bakery

the show off of TLC. Yeah they dont ship the cakes to UT so we called Macy's and they made it for us. It was a cute cake. Xander kept trying to get icing on to his fingers but he couldn't.

Then he went and told his Uncle Riley your cake is broken ha ha ha.Xander loves his Uncle so much thanks for all you do with my kids there Riley. Happy Birthday Rye we Love ya :o)

Happy Father's Day!!!

My boys truly do have the best dad they could have dreamed about having. We surprised there dad with a Welder, mask and all the junk that goes with it. Then we got him his bag that he has wanted for a while that he can take with him on day trips when he hikes and goes on the four wheelers. Then we went over to my parent house and we made the dads dinner. Griffin found the Desert he was covered in it he was in LOVE with the ice cream cake for sure just look at this little G MAN.

He had so much fun smothering himself in the ice cream cake. When I said to him oh Griffy you are one dirty little baby he looked up at me and laughed and I could here him say no kiddin Mama, but I sure had so much fun making me messy for you.

Dad and Papa came into the kitchen and they both couldn't believe how much fun he was having he was laughing to himself and squealing has he played into the cake, we all had so much fun watching him truly enjoy his cake he got so upset at us when it was time to wipe him down we through him into the tub and then he was happy!! Well Happy Fathers day Daddy and Papa thanks for being such great guys to look up to.

Happy Birthday Dad!!

Dad turned the big 50 this yr. We went to Tepanyaki's Japanese Steak house for dinner it was so yummy!! Xander had so much fun with seeing our food getting made. The chef was so cute with him. Xander loved the volcano onion ring that the chef made,

the shrimp that everyone tried to catch in there mouths.Has usual Brad caught the most maybe because he has such a big mouth who know

but we all had a kick out of it watching him catch the shrimp.

It was a fun night out to dinner with the Family then we came home and had cake and Ice cream. Xander and I made Papas cake this yr. Xander LOVED the icing we had to keep telling him stop putting

 your fingers into the icing then he told me fine and hurried out the kitchen then I went back to finsh the icing and the jar of icing was no where to be found. Xander had taken it out side and Hurley, Lady and Xander were truly enjoying the jar of icing. It was funny. We are so glad that we get to have you with us dad and Papa here is to another 50YRS!!!
