Day out with Thomas the Train!!!

Well for Xander getting potty trained he earned to go ride Thomas. He was so so ex-sided to go ride Thomas he worked so hard for it. So our trek started out in Magna and we drove up to the Heber creeper with our cousins Suszann and William. We got out of the truck and walked

around the corner and the little boys saw the HUGE Thomas for the first time they both screamed and was looking at each other and then back at us saying big Thomas it was so flippen cute.  Then we got into the line to go ride Thomas. We got into our seats and the Train started moving Xander got scared

at first but then warmed right up to it. He got upset at first because Thomas was going backwards and not forward I told him that he would go forward in a little bit then he said ok fine.

Then came the time to get off of Thomas I thought it was going to be hard to get him off of the Train but nope he got right off and asked if we could go see Thomas closer. He thought it was the coolest thing ever to be able to see Thomas

It was definitely worth the money to go see Thomas they had so many cute little make and takes for the kids to do. They had different play stations. It was great. I will never forget the moment when he screamed Big Thomas Mama he is so darn cute. I am glad that we got to go and experience that. I am so proud of you Xander for being such a big boy.

Happy Bithday to Riley!!!

Well the older my little brother gets the more I feel my age!! I cant believe Riley is 24yrs old now. Riley is the best little brother you could possibly have we went to the Pie for dinner it was awesome has always if you have never tried the PIE you should definitely try it. He wanted a Fondant birthday cake from carlos bakery

the show off of TLC. Yeah they dont ship the cakes to UT so we called Macy's and they made it for us. It was a cute cake. Xander kept trying to get icing on to his fingers but he couldn't.

Then he went and told his Uncle Riley your cake is broken ha ha ha.Xander loves his Uncle so much thanks for all you do with my kids there Riley. Happy Birthday Rye we Love ya :o)

Happy Father's Day!!!

My boys truly do have the best dad they could have dreamed about having. We surprised there dad with a Welder, mask and all the junk that goes with it. Then we got him his bag that he has wanted for a while that he can take with him on day trips when he hikes and goes on the four wheelers. Then we went over to my parent house and we made the dads dinner. Griffin found the Desert he was covered in it he was in LOVE with the ice cream cake for sure just look at this little G MAN.

He had so much fun smothering himself in the ice cream cake. When I said to him oh Griffy you are one dirty little baby he looked up at me and laughed and I could here him say no kiddin Mama, but I sure had so much fun making me messy for you.

Dad and Papa came into the kitchen and they both couldn't believe how much fun he was having he was laughing to himself and squealing has he played into the cake, we all had so much fun watching him truly enjoy his cake he got so upset at us when it was time to wipe him down we through him into the tub and then he was happy!! Well Happy Fathers day Daddy and Papa thanks for being such great guys to look up to.

Happy Birthday Dad!!

Dad turned the big 50 this yr. We went to Tepanyaki's Japanese Steak house for dinner it was so yummy!! Xander had so much fun with seeing our food getting made. The chef was so cute with him. Xander loved the volcano onion ring that the chef made,

the shrimp that everyone tried to catch in there mouths.Has usual Brad caught the most maybe because he has such a big mouth who know

but we all had a kick out of it watching him catch the shrimp.

It was a fun night out to dinner with the Family then we came home and had cake and Ice cream. Xander and I made Papas cake this yr. Xander LOVED the icing we had to keep telling him stop putting

 your fingers into the icing then he told me fine and hurried out the kitchen then I went back to finsh the icing and the jar of icing was no where to be found. Xander had taken it out side and Hurley, Lady and Xander were truly enjoying the jar of icing. It was funny. We are so glad that we get to have you with us dad and Papa here is to another 50YRS!!!

Mom's Birthday!!!

Mom's Birthday was Wednesday but we celebrated it this weekend. Saturday we went to Tucanios  it was so Yummy!! But then we made her Dinner for Sunday!! We bought her this gigantic chocolate cake from Costco it was huge!!!

It was super rich and yummy!! If you ever need a chocolate over load that is what you would need. Then we sang her Happy Birthday and Grandma and Xander tried and tried to blow out the candles. We did not know that I bought the candles that didnt blow out!!! Ha Ha Ha joke on me.

I do not know if you can see the smoke in the room but it got quite a bit of smoke in there. Brad had to open a window. Xander was so cute he said I think the candles are broken they wont go out!! He was so funny when he thought no one was looking he would swipe his little finger across the icing and lick his fingers. He ate a whole piece he loved the icing though.

The chocolate lips says it all!! Happy Birthday Mom. We love you so much and are happy we have you with us!!!

Sping Wreath

It took over 24 yards plus a little more then that probably and it took Lisa and I 3hrs to make. We just got tons of different ribbon and cut it different lengths. It was a 12 inch circle wreath and we just tied them in knots. It was fun to make and the best part of it all it was easy and simple to do.I think the ric rack ribbon really added the pop it needed. My thought in all of this was if I made a spring wreath then maybe SPRING would come and stay.

Park Day!!

My friend Lisa, Christy and I met at the park in Magna with our kids. I traveled to 3 different parks at first trying to find Lisa. Lisa and I had talked about tons of different parks to go to but we got miss communication it was quite funny actually. I called her each time and she wasnt at the parks I went to and finally we found them.  We had such a blast at the park the weather was so nice.

Miss.Bella loved to swing and swing and swing. She asked her mom to come and push her, her mom said that she was going to finish her lunch first Miss.Bella ran off and got onto the swing and said mom come push me please. Xander came to the rescue and started pushing her. Miss. Bella was happy and Xander had fun pushing her.

The Caterpillar Bella new exactly what to do on this one. Xander was not too sure how to do this. He watched Miss. Bella and then I asked him if he wanted to try he would say no a. Then finally he said okay I try. He was so nerves at first but he did it. By the end of the day he was doing it by himself. I wish I could have captured his face when he did it for the first time by himself he was so proud of himself you could tell it was a BIG accomplishment in his eyes.

At the top of the caterpillar there was a slide and the kids would go up and down they had so much fun. This was Xander’s favorite thing to do at the park go up and down the slide.I am so proud of you Xander that you were willing to try new things out even though you were scared at first way to go!!

There was not much for Griffin to do at the park but to watch his Bigger brother and Miss. Bella play one day little guy you will be up and playing with them!! So here he sat in his blue chair and played with some of his toys!! This was Griffins first time being out side for a long period of time he was not to happy but got use to it.

 By the end the kids were tired and all of us adults were sunburned!! Good friends Good times. Xander cant wait to go PLAY again at the park with Miss. Bella.
